All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking numbers are included in your dispatch emails, please make sure to check your junk mail.

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your return postage. Please make sure you use a guaranteed service.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We don't accept returns on earrings (unless there is a fault), custom items including rings and engraved items, gift cards and sale items.

Please get in touch within 24 hours of receipt if you should notice your order to be faulty.
