How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All jewellery is handmade to order and takes approximately 5-8 days to make before being dispatched.
You have the option to choose which Royal Mail delivery service you would like at the checkout.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched via your chosen delivery method.
Can I track my order?
A tracked postage service (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm) is available at checkout. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code. You can enter this code here to track your order.
What are my postage options?
As standard, Royal Mail First Class is the free delivery option for all UK orders. This is not a tracked/signed service, however, you can upgrade at checkout for a guaranteed service.
I have not received my order, what can I do?
Please make sure you are able to retrieve your confirmation of purchasing email and check that the address you have entered is correct.
Once you have received a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched, please be assured that your order is on its way to you via your chosen delivery method. If you have opted for tracked service, you are able to track your order here.
If you haven't received your order after 14 working days, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org and I will put in a claim for a lost item with Royal Mail.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. Your will be able to select which delivery service you would like to use at the checkout.
I am in a hurry and would like my order asap! Is this possible?
Occasionally, I can accommodate your request for an urgent order. Please get in touch before ordering via email@example.com to request this. Please be aware that additional shipping costs may be added in order to guarantee your order reaching you in time.
Unfortunately I won't be able to guarantee your urgent order request if you get in touch with me after your order has been placed.
Do you make custom orders?
I love creating special bespoke pieces.
If you have an idea in mind, or if you've had your eye on a particular item but would like it a little bit different or even if you don't have many ideas but would love to work together to create something special then please do get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
I also have a range of personalised items available where you can use up to 25 characters (including spaces) to add a memorable dates, names, quotes, lyrics etc to your jewellery and really give it that personal touch.
My order is a gift, can I add a gift message?
You have the option to add a free gift message at checkout
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be posted in an eco-friendly cardboard postal box. Tucked behind a sheet of nude pink recyclable vellum paper sealed with a branded recycled paper sticker and a dried flower stem, you can find your jewellery safely secured in a branded white gift box, or in some cases, a branded cotton muslin dust bag. You will also receive branded card inserts.
Our postal packaging is 100% plastic free. Keeping your branded gift box/branded dust bags is highly recommended as storing your jewellery in an air tight container away from direct sunlight can prevent your jewellery from oxidisation and therefore prolongs the life of your jewellery.
I would like to order multiple items to the same address but packaged separately, is this possible?
Yes - order separately; each order is packaged separately. You will be given the option to choose which delivery method you would prefer for each order.
If you purchase multiple items within the same order, they will arrive together in one parcel as standard.
How do I know my ring size?
There are multiple ways to find out your ring size:
1. Visit a local jewellers. This is the most accurate way to determine your ring size and it is very likely to be a free service.
2. You can purchase a ring sizer from my website here for a very small cost. I also offer a 10% off code to use if you return your ring sizer to be cleaned and reused.
3. You can measure the inside diameter of your favourite ring and use the chart here to determine your ring size.
My order is faulty/broken, what can I do?
If you believe your item to be faulty, please get in touch via email@example.com with attached photos of your jewellery's fault.
You will have the option to have your jewellery fixed and returned free of charge, a replacement to be sent free of charge, or a full refund.
My ring doesn't fit, can I have it resized?
All rings are handmade to your selected size and resizing requires additional work. There is a £5 fee for this service.
Designs with gemstones and personalisations sometimes require remaking the entire ring from scratch, whilst more simpler designs require less work.
Resizing is only available for ring purchases made from Daint Jewellery. Please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org to organise your ring resize request and I will be in touch to organise payment for this service.
