Bespoke Engagement and Wedding Rings

How long does a bespoke design take?

The current lead time ranges from two to three months, from the initial consultation through to completion. More intricate designs may require additional time, while simpler designs can be ready in as little as four weeks.

To ensure you don’t miss out during peak times, I recommend reaching out at least five months prior to your wedding or proposal date. If you're uncertain about the time frame, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I will let you if I can accommodate your request.

How much does a bespoke design cost?

The price is determined by several factors, including the type of metal, carat weight, quantity used, the precious stones incorporated, and the complexity of the design.

For a simple bespoke wedding band, prices start from £400 for a 9ct Yellow or White Gold band.

How do I begin the process of a bespoke design?

Please express your interest by filling in the enquiry form here. After that, I will be in touch to arrange either an in-person or video consultation.

I understand that choosing your engagement and wedding ring is a big decision, so meetings are always pressure and obligation free - I like to see them as a way for us to align our visions before going ahead.

What is covered in the initial consultation?

In our initial consultation, we will explore your design ideas and review any inspirational images you have to help me better visualise your dream design. We will cover various metal and stone options, as well as determine your ring size. I will provide an estimated completion time and explain how the design process works, including payment details.

After our discussion, I will be able to give you an price estimate for your design. If you decide to proceed, I will create several design options for you to choose from, allowing you to either select one or combine elements to craft a new design.

How does payment work?

Once we have finalised your design, I kindly request a 50% upfront payment to secure your bespoke order. This initial payment will help cover material costs and enable me to begin crafting your design. The remaining balance will be due once your ring is complete and ready for shipping or collection.

Payment plan options are available upon request. These can be customised to fit your unique order. Feel free to reach out to me directly to explore the options that will help you in spreading the cost of your bespoke design.

Can you repurpose heirloom jewellery into bespoke designs?

I gladly offer repurposing services for your heirloom gemstones; however, I do not currently offer a service to repurpose your heirloom metal.

What precious metals are available?

I only use recycled metal as I believe this is the most eco-friendly and ethical way to purchase metal for my designs.

The recycled metal is sourced from existing jewellery, industrial metals, or electronic components, refined to its purest form, and the final product matches the quality of newly mined gold.

Designs are available in the following metals:

+ Sterling Silver (for designs other than wedding and engagement rings)

+ 9ct Yellow Gold

+ 9ct White Gold

+14ct Yellow Gold

+14ct White Gold

+ 18ct Yellow Gold

+18ct White Gold

+ 22ct Yellow Gold

+ Platinum

Can you create a ring that fits around my engagement ring?

Yes! I've created an postable Impression Kit that allows me to design a custom-fit wedding band without needing to take your engagement ring.

Using your engagement ring impression, I can produce a wax replica to ensure a perfect fit when crafting your wedding ring.
